Since 2010, our monitors have had many significant wildlife encounters each season.  Using our knowledge of bear and wildlife behaviour, we have kept crews safe. This is something we are extremely proud of and strive for each season.

Locally owned and operated on the Saulteau First Nations Reserve, Big Bear Services is a fully licensed company.  

• We own all necessary equipment to operate in a variety of terrains, including trucks, UTV's, trailers and snowmobiles.  
• We are familiar with wildlife behaviours and habitats and are experienced at identifying animal trails, tracks and territory.  We apply this knowledge to suit our clients needs.
• Training: We offer an extensive training course to our Monitors to ensure they are prepared to keep your crews safe from harm.
• Predator Mitigation: In the off season we provide consultation to local area ranchers which includes information on  predator densities, species and a  risk assessment to livestock on their property.
